Introducing the QJB submersible mixer, a marvel of modern engineering! It is expertly designed to cater to diverse mixing needs, available in two distinct series: the dynamic mixing series and the efficient low-speed push flow series.
1. The mixing series mixer is meticulously crafted for optimal performance in environments where liquids with suspended solids are prevalent. Ideal for both sewage treatment plants and various industrial processes, this series guarantees efficient and thorough mixing.
2. The low-speed push flow series mixer is purposefully engineered for aeration tanks in both industrial and urban sewage treatment plants. It generates a robust water flow while maintaining low tangential flow, making it perfect for crucial stages such as circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal, thus ensuring optimal flow conditions.
For peak performance, the mixer is designed to operate continuously and seamlessly under the following conditions:
