Oil-immersed transformers offer many advantages. It has good heat dissipation performance and can effectively ensure the stable operation of the transformer; it has excellent insulation performance and high reliability; it is easy to adjust the voltage and can adapt to different electricity needs; and its technology is mature and its cost is relatively low.
Product Description: Iron Core Transformer
Iron Core: The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
Winding: The winding features a corrugated oil passage design, no immersion paint process, and secure tightening belt ties. The windings consist of concentric coils, with high-voltage winding taps for voltage adjustments via the tap changer mounted on the box cover.
Safety Protection Device: The 30-2000kVA transformer includes a pressure relief valve, and a gas relay with alarm and trip terminal can be added based on user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank with a 120±10 mm oil immersion depth. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included.
