High Volume Automatic Gas Cylinder Marking Stamping Machine for Seamless Cylinder

The gas cylinder is placed on the automatic weighing station of the steel printing machine through the logistics line or manually, after weighing the cylinder, the weighing sensor transmits the data to the CPU of the industrial control computer of the steel printing machine(data can also be scanned by bar code or manually entered ).

After the weight signal is received by the system, the feeding manipulator of the steel printing machine grabs the weighed cylinder and puts it on the steel printing machine, then the steel printing machine automatically clamps the cylinder, roll-print the cylinder according to the printing program and weighing data stored in the computer of the steel printing machine(up to four rows of code can be printed automatically).

After the processing is finished, the manipulator automatically grabs the processed gas cylinder and puts it in the next station.

At the same time, anther manipulator goes to the automatic weighing station to grab the weighing cylinder and put it on the steel printing machine, and proceed to the next work cycle.
