It is a resin control agent used in pulping and cooking production lines. In the pulping production lines of chemical pulp and dissolving pulp, this product can reduce the resin content in the pulp and the adhesion of its components, and prevent the contamination of the net, felt cloth, drying cylinder, etc. caused by resin during the later papermaking. It can also reduce the downtime and production loss caused by cleaning sediments, and improve the speed of the paper machine and the quality of the finished paper. The product is stable to acid, alkali and temperature, easily soluble in water, and produces less bubbles.

Application:
For dissolving and chemical pulping lines, Hymp-70 is generally recommended to be added at the inlet of the cooking white liquor pump, usually at a rate of 0.5-2.0 kg/t air-dried pulp. When the wood chips have a high content of dichloromethane extracts, it is recommended to add supplementary additions at a rate of 1.0-2.5 kg/t air-dried pulp. The specific addition location and exact addition amount must be determined according to the specific situation and actual effect to obtain the best effect.
