The MT® series of high-efficiency integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment agents is a new type of highly efficient desulfurization wastewater treatment agent, which simultaneously has adsorption, flocculation and coagulation assistance effects. It comprehensively adsorbs various organic substances, colloidal particles and heavy metal ions, forming more stable flocs. The compactness of the settled sludge is higher, and it is difficult to break and will not be re-dissolved, avoiding secondary pollution.
After the highly efficient integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment agent MT® series is added to the wastewater, it will complex with calcium and magnesium ions in the desulfurization wastewater, generating precipitates. These precipitates have a large specific surface area and adsorb fine suspended solids around them to settle. A series of physical and chemical reactions such as adsorption, electrical neutralization, double electric layer formation, and bridging occur between the pollutants in the wastewater and the effective components of the agent, disrupting the stable dispersion system formed by colloids and fine suspended particles in the wastewater. Through the processes of coagulation and flocculation, they aggregate into flocs that settle clearly.
