Product Description
Main Application:
This machine is a large device of making Chinese traditional medicine pills. It is specialized in making pills of 1g~11g, such as watered pill, water-honey bolus, honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Tibetan medical pill etc., which are also called big honeyed boluses. As there are more clients producing pure honeyed boluses, it is mainly designed to make those big honeyed boluses whose proportion is 1: 0.9-1.3.
Operating principles:
Its operating principles are similar to series Model 16 and Model 17 making-pill machinery. However, there are some special designs on several parts, e. G. Speed control of strip outlet, rubbing-pill and oil sprinkling etc. As a result, it improves some shortcomings in the production of big honeyed bolus, such as ill deviation of pills, hard-to-control, unsteadiness, over-many operating persons, not round shape etc. Indeed, it is an ideal product to replace the traditional one and it has been used by many clients with a good result. There are two kinds of choice, manual or PLC control. And their modes and principles are basically same.
Structural features:
1. This machine adopts high technologies such as PLC programmable controller and encoder etc. And thus it is highly automatic. AC inverter which is completely imported is adopted for the driving parts. Touch screen can be used for man-machine interaction and its operation is very easy. 2. It is equipped with two sets of screw extruder, one is for drug refining and the other is for pill making. It can either be used as an organic whole or be operated solely. It is adaptable to medicines and thus it can meet the production of every kind of medical pills. Besides, it can process drug refining and pill making solely. 3. The machine body is frame-based. Besides its exterior, the places where it touches with medicinal materials are all made of the stainless steel and there is no blind corner on the working surface. It has good seal and it can be easily disassembled and cleared up. It accords with the GMP certification standard.
