Highly Oxygenated Qsb Self-Priming Submersible Jet Aerator Pump for Water Treatment

The submersible pump produces a high-speed water flow which passes through a nozzle, creating a negative pressure that draws in air. The air mixes with the water in a mixing chamber and is then ejected at high speed through a flared diffusion tube. This creates a water and air mixed flow with many bubbles, providing aeration across a large area and depth of water. The power does not change with the submerged depth, and the air inflow can be adjusted. Because of this, jet aerators can be used in ponds with large water level changes.

The aerator is composed of a submersible electric pump and a jet pump so that the water body is stirred and the oxygen is charged at the same time, which not only can obtain a high oxygen absorption rate but also has the advantage that the impeller is not blocked.
Strong unidirectional liquid flow causes effective convection circulation, and the motor load varies little with the water level, so the installation is simple.

1. The maximum medium temperature shall not exceed 40°C; 
2. The PH value of the medium is 5~9; 
3. Medium density shall not exceed 1150kg/ m3.

QSB deep-water self-priming submersible jet aerator has two installation modes: self-coupling type and mobile type. Self-coupling installation is to fix the aeration device and special base on the bottom of the pool, install supporting blocks on the top of the pool, and connect the two with guide rails. After the submersible pump is connected with a specific support, it slides down to the bottom outlet along the guide rail, and automatically couples and seals through the self-weight of the pump. For auto-coupled installation, the electric pump can be lifted and installed without installation or maintenance personnel entering the sump. The mobile installation mode is to install the deep-water self-priming submersible jet aerator at the bottom of the pool, and rely on the self-weight positioning, with the characteristics of changeable installation position, flexibility, and low cost.
