CoroTurn® 107 with guideway interface
Profiling and cavity machining can be safely realized with circular inserts and shanks equipped with a guideway interface. The guideway interface limits the rotation of the insert and minimizes unnecessary downtime due to broken inserts or screws. The shanks are designed with coolant above and below to ensure good chip control and a high degree of machining safety.
For increased productivity in high-temperature alloy materials, screw-mounted CBN inserts with up to 12 insert indexing positions are available.
