LXZ (HLL) type elastic column pin coupling with brake wheel GB/T5014-1985 (2003)
Structural performance:
Elastic components are made of nylon, which has high strength and wear resistance, and is suitable for corrosive environments. The outer surface of the steel brake wheel has been quenched.
Type and size of half coupling hole and keyway. The marking method is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3852-1997 "Coupling Holes and Connection Types and Dimensions", and the two and a half coupling shaft hole types can be combined arbitrarily. Operating temperature -20~+70 ºC
Prototype number refers to the national standard GB5015-85 series products
Mark Description: For Z-type and J-type shafts with countersunk holes, the length of the shaft hole refers to the fitting length of the shaft (excluding the countersunk hole), which is the L1 dimension shown in the following figure. Marking example: LX6 elastic column pin coupling active end: Y-shaped shaft hole, A-shaped keyway. D1=65mm, L=142mm;
Driven end: Y-shaped shaft hole, A-shaped keyway. D2=75mm, L=142mm. Coupling; LX6-YA65 * 142/YA75 * 142GB/T5014-2003 LXZ5 with brake wheel elastic column pin coupling
