A: In order to keep the lowest error rate, we have an initial inspection, sampling inspection before loading inspection.
3. How to order the product?
A: 1. Please send us windows or doors drawing with the requested width, height, depth, hardware brand and opening way.
2. We quote your solution with hardware, profile, glass data.
3. Once the solution confirms, we send you PI.
4. How to ship to the goods?
A: We can arrange LCL or FCL shipment for you for FOB, CIF.
5. How to install the windows and doors?
A: Our team has many years of experience in windows and doors installation. Our Engineer can offer you a professional solution and installation until the items fitting well.
6. What is your delivery time?
A: 15-25 days after deposit and drawing confirmed
7. How can I know your price?
A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price to you. 1) Shop drawing / doors&windows schedule to show the doors&windows dimensions, quantity and type;
2) Frame Color ;Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective or others,with Argon or without).
8. All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes,all the doors & windows include frames,Just Installing the windows and doors on wall is OK.
9. What's your generally packaging?
A: With foam+wooden frame or foam+wooden case.It can also be packed according to customer's requirements.
10.What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
