Production flow:
Raw material wood strip → crushing → conveying → wood shaving storage → drying → sizing → hot extrusion → cutting → cooling → inspection and grading → cutting to bearers→storage
1) Material preparation section: The wood strip transported to the factory are peeled and processed into qualified wood shaving, and then sent to the wood shaving silo for storage;
2) Drying section: Dry the wood shavings to a final moisture content of about 2%-3%;
3) Screening section: the shavings are screened, and the qualified shavings are sent to the hollow core particle board forming line;
4) Sizing section: uniformly sizing the wood shavings;
5) Forming section: Qualified shavings are continuously fed to the hollow core particle board forming machine, and the shavings are produced by the punch to produce qualified hollow particle board;
6) Board cutting section: The hollow particle board produced is cut into standard size by a synchronous saw.
7) Bearer cutting section, the hollow particle board is further cut to bearers in specified width.
