Our advanced coil winding machine offers precise control and easy operation for winding monolayer and multilayer coils. The machine features PC control, servo drive, and mechanical adjustments for simple movement location.
The upper control system is equipped with an international top CNC controller, high-performance dual-core CPU, Windows operating interface, 10-inch LCD touch screen, and stable operation. This system ensures clear and intuitive screen display, making it easy to learn, understand, and operate.
The power system includes imported high-precision servo motors that work seamlessly with the CNC control system. The multi-axis motion synchrony provides precise and reliable control, ensuring accurate location of motion for various tubular coil products.
Additionally, our machine incorporates a synchronous line fourth axis, enabling the production of multi-layer simple ribbon cables.
