Q2: Do you provide samples?

Yes. Samples can be sent and you need to pay for the sample and air freight first. Then if the sample passed your test, sample costs will be REFUNDED during the bulk order.

Shipping can be handled by your agent or I will send it to you via DHL, UPS, etc.

Q3: Can you make my own design?

Yes, we offer complete OEM/ODM service. We can help to change color, size, logo and others as your requirements. We can also produce according to your samples or technical design drawings, and we will keep your key information confidential.

Q4: What are your payment terms?

Generally, we accepted T/T, 30% deposit and 70% against the copy of B/L.

Amounts related to samples are to be paid before shipment.

Q5: How about the delivery time?

Generally, it takes 10 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
