Our Homogeneous antistatic esd vinyl tiles for electronic cleanroom is using "RHPP" technology in production, It is a physical method of rolling raw material mixture in a high-pressure environment, this increases the density of the floor, and produce a wear-resistant and stain-resistant film that closes the pores of the floor, so the floor does not absorb dirt. After cleaning or maintenance, carbon fiber won't lose, it ensures permanent conductive properties.
Packing Show:
1. Standard 20ft container can load 12 pallets.
2. One 20ft container can load 4320m2(2mm thick) or 3024m2(3mm thick) with the matched accessories: adhesive & welding rod.
Installation:
Homogeneous antistatic esd vinyl tiles for electronic cleanroom should be installed on subfloors that are leveled, smooth, and free of cracks. Residual humidity should be under 2.5% tested with the CM Dumb test. Tiles Floor, adhesive, and installation site should reach a temperature of at least 18ºC at least 24 hours before installation. and paste the tiles with qualified conductive glue below 105 Ohm.
