Sanda Industrial has the full Know-How of the processing of Natural Honey.
We offer services of Whole Line Design, Equipment Manufacture and Delivery, Installation Guidance, Operation Supervision, On-site Trouble Shooting, Training and Know-How Transfer for all honey processing steps as Pre-filtration, Pre-Heating, Heating (up to 60~75ºC against crystallization or fermentation, if needed), Finer Filtration (if needed), Evaporation, Cooling, Homogenization and Packing (for both bulk and bottling).
The core of honey processing is to remove extra moisture from honey so that honey can have better specification and the processing temperature shall be well controlled so that the enzymes will not be hurt, color will not change darker and HMF will not increase.
