Qingdao Tubus Honeycomb Co., Ltd., located in Qingdao and founded in 1998, is a subsidiary of Tiansheng which is a listed company in China. Qingdao Tubus has more than 50 employees and covers an area of 20000 square meters. We mainly develops and produces honeycomb boards (plastic honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, aramid honeycomb), foam (PVC, PET, PU, EPS, XPS, XPE, etc.), sandwich boards, high-strength fiberglass cloth gypsum boards, carbon fibers, glass fibers, aramid fibers and other composite materials.
We have our own production technology and production line made in Germany. As a leader in technology, capacity and quality in the composite industry, our materials are widely used in high-end manufacturing and construction industries, such as yachts, airplanes, trains, cars, recreational vehicles, refrigerated cars, cold stores, house, body protectors, and filter core materials. PP Honeycomb PP8-80 is a polypropylene honeycomb material that combines lightweight, strength and resilience. It is suitable for a wide variety of sandwich core applications in marine, road/ rail transportation, industry and infrastructure. PP Honeycomb also possesses excellent sound damping properties.
PP Honeycomb is available in plain, contoured, and double contoured finishes and comes standard with a non-woven veil and barrier film. It is also available without the veil and barrier film by special order.
