At present, VOCs treatment mainly uses activated carbon. Since activated carbon cannot be analyzed at high temperature, it is replaced regularly. However, activated carbon adsorbed with organic matter is a dangerous chemical with high processing cost.This environmentally friendly adsorbent material is hydrophobic molecular sieve, which is different from ordinary molecular sieve in that it preferentially adsorbs water in gas. It has a highly selective adsorption capacity for organic matter, and can be resolved at high temperature, thus realizing continuous adsorption-regeneration.The adsorption material is made into a cellular structure by a special preparation process. The adsorption capacity of organic matter is more than 2%, which can be adsorbed and regenerated for a long time.


Honeycomb Molecular Sieve adopt adsorption system to reduce exhaust gas concentration and air volume, and at the same time cooperate with catalytic combustion technology to reduce operating cost.

The mechanism of adsorption of VOCs organic compounds by dielectric honeycomb molecular sieve is to modify the molecular sieve so that the molecular sieve has a certain pore size to adsorb gas molecules, and add Fe3+, Fe2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Sr2 and other metal treamentants to form the role of adsorption, catalysis and decomposition.The adsorption performance of zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent is combined with honeycomb structure. Through the test of users and our company, the adsorption performance in the fixed-bed reactor is good, reaching more than 80% within 10min.In terms of VOCs governance, it has special adsorption and catalytic effects, especially in terms of use, it is quite simple, and only needs to be installed in fixed bed reactor.After the adsorption capacity reaches saturation for a certain time, the regeneration can be repeated for many times.The adsorbed zeolite honeycomb ceramics have no pollution and can be crushed into ceramic materials, so the operation cost is very low.
 

1. Adsorption Performance: Specific surface area 300-600m2/g, penetration adsorption capacity of typical VOCs is 3-5%, saturated adsorption capacity is 6-8%, for a variety of VOCs components with high adsorption capacity, especially suitable for the adsorption of medium and low concentration of VOCs, to ensure that the most stringent emission requirements are met;
2. Safety: The molecular sieve itself is composed of silicoaluminate and contains no combustible substances, so there is no risk of spontaneous combustion;
3. Hydrophobic: It can run stably in high humidity environment and maintain relatively high adsorption performance;
4. High-temperature resistance: For flammable, high boiling point and other components VOCs, can be desorption regeneration at 200-300ºC, the maximum temperature is not lower than 800ºC;
5. Lifetime: Up to 2-3 years long service life, high temperature desorption, complete desorption, stable adsorption capacity remains, easy regeneration, reusable, high strength product, gas, liquid erosion resistance;
6. Post-treatment for replacement: According to the industrial waste landfill treatment, also can be returned to the manufacturer for reuse.The cost is low;
7. Cost of use: Unit volume cost is higher than that of activated carbon, but total life cycle cost is significantly lower than that of activated carbon adsorbent, and it is safe and reliable.
