The machine tool is equipped with seven AC servo axles ( longitudinal shift axle Z of slipway , horizontal movement axle X of slipway , index head axle A , helix angle axle B , grinding wheel dressing axles U , Vand C ) as well as AC variable frequency speed regulation motorized spindle .
2.Normal dressing method with follow - up three axes association is adopted for grinding wheel dressing , which shortens non - cutting time of grinding wheel dressing , improves work efficiency , dresses random gear profiles and lengthens service life of diamond dressing wheel sharply .
3.The machine tool enjoys the functions of automatic tool preset and automatic allocation of grinding allowance .
4.The machine tool can machine gears enjoying Grade -4 precision ( GB / T 10095.1-2008).
