The mixer applies to bread, sticky dough, stiff dough, and cookie products, with slightly different stirring paddles.

The stainless steel version of the entire machine, including the frame, is made of stainless steel and is driven by energy-saving motors and multi row chains. It is equipped with a self-lubricating system, ensuring the mechanical life.

Using PLC to control the mixing program, the system operates according to the set parameters, making operation more convenient and can remember 30 sets of programs.

The front section can also be equipped with a flour screening device, flour feeding device, and automatic water supply device to achieve integrated unmanned operation
