The reactor cleaning system integrates multi-disciplinary technologies or applications such as high-pressure water jet, pipeline engineering, and modern control systems. The inner wall cleaning system of the reactor includes a high-pressure pump part, an electrical control part, and a high-pressure water cleaning part. The high-pressure water cleaning consists of an automatic cleaning device and a manual cleaning device. The three-dimensional rotating nozzle telescopic mechanism is installed on the inlet hole of the reactor, and the telescopic rod extends into the reactor. The telescopic mechanism can be controlled manually, electrically, hydraulically, etc., so that the telescopic rod can be stretched in the reactor and moved along the direction around the inner wall of the reactor. The telescopic rod can avoid obstacles in the reactor when moving. Due to the compound motion of the three-dimensional rotating nozzle and the telescopic rod, the high-pressure water jet can cover any position inside the reactor, thereby completing the cleaning of the reactor. The working principle of the automatic cleaning equipment for the telescopic high-pressure washing reactor: The lifting structure is used to realize fixed-point cleaning at different depths inside the reactor without entering the tank, and the inner wall of the reactor can be cleaned 360 degrees without dead ends. Basically no water splashes out of the tank, and no changes to the tank are required.
