We use ultra-soft non-woven fabric for the surface, anti-slip backsheet, and imported SAP for optimal absorbency, ensuring a comfortable and functional product. The absorbency primarily depends on the ratio of SAP and wood pulp used.
Q3: Can you adjust the content of SAP and fluff pulp?
Yes, we can. Adjusting the content of SAP and fluff pulp will affect the absorbency and pricing of the product, and we can customize these based on your requirements.
Q4: What are your OEM terms?
a. Please provide your specific requirements, including material, size, absorbency, weight, and design drawings for confirmation.
b. The mold charges for the backsheet, frontal tape, and packaging (bag/carton) need to be covered by the customer in the first order. These charges will be refunded once the order volume for each size exceeds 4×40HQ (negotiable).
c. If you are new to this business, our design department can offer brand and packaging solutions for your reference.
Q5: Can you send free samples for checking before order confirmation?
We are happy to provide free samples, but the international express shipping fee will need to be covered by the customer.
Once you provide your express account (e.g., DHL, TNT, FedEx), we can send the samples at no charge. If the samples are being sent to a Chinese address (e.g., a shipping agent or partner), we can cover the shipping fee.
The express fee must be paid in advance, and we will refund the shipping fee after the order is confirmed.
