This kind of dryer is mainly composed of heat pump dryer and drying chamber. This dryer will be controlled by touch screen controller, and the temperature can be adjusted. Working Principle:
The refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor to become a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, enters the condenser, condenses and liquefies to become a liquid, and at the same time heats the air in the drying room to achieve the purpose of increasing the temperature of the drying room.The water in the material is vaporized and evaporated in the form of hot air, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged by the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying the material.
The dehumidification system has a heat recovery device, and the recovered heat is used to heat the fresh air, which can save 70% of the energy consumption of the fresh air preheating.
The heat pump dryer uses a small amount of electrical energy to drive the heat pump compressor to do its work. Through the constituent components of the heat pump device, the evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve, the working fluid is prompted to continuously complete the cycle of evaporation, compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation of heat, thereby transferring a large amount of dispersed solar heat in the air environment to the drying room.
