Galvanzied Steel Coil Introduction: 
Galvanized steel is also called hot-DIP zinc or hot-dipped galvanizing. It is an effective way of metal anti-corrosion, mainly used in the industries of metal structure facilities. De-rusted steel is dipped in to 500 °C zinc liquid and coated with zinc which provides corrosion protection. 
Production process: Pickling-washing-adding zinc liquid-stoving-galvanized-cooling-passivation-flattening-finishing. Galvanizing has a history of 140 years since it is used in industry by Frenchman in 1836. The large-scale development of galvanizing is in the last 30 years with the development of cold-strip steel. 
Main features: 
Galvanized steel based on cold rolled steel strip has excellent machining performance and high stamping. It is beautiful with smooth surface, accurate size, flat panel and well-distributed spangle and stored for a long time after passivation and oiling. It is the good base metal for PPGI after surface treatment.
