Hot Galvanized Poultry Farm Cage Use Laying Broiler Chicken Equipment
Our company is one of the earliest cage manufacters in China. According to customer's requirements, we improve broiler cage ,increase the height to suit the big broiler, decrease the width of cage to get better ventilation.
After many years of experience it has proved that our cage has good effect. From the first cage, our company has developed more than 10 type broiler cages, completely meet the various needs of all farmers.
Our cages are fully processed by CNC machine,we can also design the individual cage as per the special requirement of customers to produce the customized products.

2. Advantage:
1).The frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure, also avoid manure belt off running.
C shape leg is formed of hot galvanized sheet ,it is firm and easy to clean.The distance between adjacent legs is 1206mm,so that it make frame firm and strong.
2).The feeding trough is used of hot galvanized material , it is more strong than PVC material , Bottom of trough is changed to V-shape, more suitable for bird's eating habits; the feed is distributed more uniformly, that effectively prevent the moldy feed and ensure the broilers to eat fresh feed,also greatly reduce waste of feed.
3).Push-in door and pus-down bird-block board make easy to harvest birds.
4)Stainless steel frame of scraper make scraper to touch belt tightly and make belt clean;
Easy to remove the PVC scraper to clean easily.
One scraper is installed at the end of manure belt, and two secondary scrapers are installed below returning belt, so that manure can be cleared thoroughly.
