Our producing process is strictly followed by IATF16949 quality management system, and our products are in full compliance with requirements of TUV and VIA. Our wheels have been exported to Europe, America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and other overseas markets. Q 1. What is your terms of packing?
A: We generally pack our goods in pearl Wool,plastick retainer shower cap and the plastic bag with protectiveaccessories. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letter.
Q 2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q 3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB or CIF.
Q 4. How about your delivery time?
A: It will generally take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. For stock order, it will take 7 days after receiving your advance payment.
Q 5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q 6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready stock, but the customers have to bear the sample cost and the courier cost.
