Hot Melt Adhesive Laminator Machine for Self-adhesive Label and Tape
Introduction:
The hot melt adhesive coating laminating machine is capable of processing paper label sticker and a variety of tapes. Such a wide variety of substrates could be served with self-adhesive, thermoplastic and reactive hot melt glues. Melt adhesive is applied through a heated slot die to the substrate's surface. The amount of adhesive and gluing speed depends on the purpose of product requirements.
Application:
Self-adhesive coatings on paper, film, foam for self-adhesive label, thermal label etc.
Coating and laminating of various tapes such as masking tape, cleaning tape, double-sided tape.
Typical Specification:
Substrate: Kraft paper, thermal paper, paper board, aluminum foil, and fabric
Laminating technologies: slot die coating
Web Width: any options from 300mm to 2600mm
Machine Speed: 100m/min, 150m/min
Unwinder: auto splicing turret type, or single station
Winder: turret type with auto splicer
Tension Control: fully automatic constant tension
