Hot Oil Unit
Installed the deck, PTO, triplex cylinder plunger pump, truck mounted special boiler, burner, air supply system, pump suction and discharge pipeline, boiler water inlet and outlet pipeline, transmission system, hydraulic system, air system and control system etc. This truck is mainly used for the production of the oil well, the normal thermal flushing and the blockage removal; high pressure well flushing and pressure testing; paraffin removal the pipe for workover operation. Also it can be widely used for heating other mediums, dredging and thawing ground pipelines and cleaning equipment, etc. The optional devices include 380VAC burner, diesel engine generator set, overpressure and overtemperature protection system, 2m3 or 6m3 water tank, 80m3 well flushing pump. The optional brand of chassis includes North Benz / Shaanxi Truck / CNHTC / DongFeng. And the driving type: 4×2,6×4,6×6.
The function of this equipment includes high pressure well flushing, heating well flushing, steam paraffin removal, pressure testing etc. It has the advantages of stable flow of medium, high thermal efficiency, long life of triplex cylinder plunger pump and boiler, safe and reliable for burner and easily maintenance.
