Q1: Are you factory?
A: Yes, we are. Our factory is located in Nantong, near Shanghai. Topwin is our Export branch.
Q2: What is your main products?
A: Our main products are Led Strip, Led Modules, Led Rigid Bars and Power supplies.
Q3: Do you have free sample?
A: Yes, we offer you free samples. But you need to bear freight cost.
Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 500-1000m for led strip and 5000-10000pcs for led module. But we would like to accept small order for trail.
Q5: Do you offer OEM/ODM customized services?
A: Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services. We can print your logo on products, and customize the products for you. But there is quantities requirement for OEM/ODM ones.
Q6: What's your delivery time?
A: One or two weeks for our standard products. Customized ones will be 3-4 weeks.
