Applications:
The machine is suitable packing non-sticky granular such as washing powder, coffee, tea, sugar, peanut, oatmeal and inflating foodstuffs, such as potato chips, snacks, etc.
Features:
1. Buffer design for not bursting package bag, this design is for big volume filler and makes buffer efficiency to the force of big volume and heavy filler dropping.
2. The sealing margin is straight, so keep the bag airtight against damp.
3. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.
4. Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
5. Variable frequency motor is the main transmission and doesn't need any lubrication oil and gear box support. Old design is gear box we used to control motor speed. It has a big problem in longer usage that lubrication can be leak from gear box inside and contaminates machine bottom. Gear box working life is short, about 18 months. In this case, since 2013 we stop using this gear box design. The frequency motor can keep the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. It no need lubrication oil, save the power and maintenance cost.
6. It can equip 4 heads weigher scale and 10 heads weigher scale.

The 4 heads weigher scale is used to weighing the irregular products. For more accurate packing, we also have 10 heads weigher scale.
