Product Details:
Two types of tins available, conical club tin and straight club tin.
Conical club tin, load 3200 cartons/20'fcl.
Straight club tin, load 3250 cartons/20'fcl.
Morocco sardine normally use Straight club tin.
Two types of sardine raw material available, one type is sardine with scale, and the other type is sardine without scale.
Both of those two types are very hot-selling.
Three flavors for customer's choice. Normally will be sardine in soybean oil.
We could add spicy flavor and change the soybean oil into sunflower oil, cost will be higher.
Fish raw material:
Our canned fish is made from frozen fish, we could produce and supply all the year.
But china have fish off season from MAY to AUG 15, 2020.
In this period, the fish raw material will keep upraising because of supply shortage.
Production workshop:
Our daily production capacity is 0.5 containers, annual export quantity is around 100 containers.
Producing canned sardine needs more labor than other canned good, production is slow as well,
so that the time we need for production is longer as well.
Packing:
We pack 50 tins/carton. The carton has white carton, brown carton and color carton available.
Color carton is with higher cost than white carton and brown carton, also the shrinkage wrap package are available as well.
