1. Sample order policy: New customers are welcomed to start at a sample order or small order first.
2. Minimum Order Quantity: 30 units per style
(You can mix different ring sizes at these 30 units, as well as the necklace length)
3. Payment terms: T/T or Western Union
4. Delivery time: 15-20 working days after the order is confirmed and deposit payment have been received.
5. Shipment terms: DHL or UPS or FedEx or EMS
6. Warranty: We will repair or replace the defective goods free of charge if there is quality problem.
Custom Design (OEM and ODM are welcomed)
4 steps to make your own jewelry collections :
Step 1: Offer us any sketch, image, sample, or idea of the jewelry you would like to make, and we will then estimate the price of the item for you.
Step 2: Work on the CAD according to the sample or information offered above, and the CAD picture will be sent to you for checking once it has been finished.
Step 3: Only after you have confirmed the CAD picture and the actual price quoted for the jewelry item, we will then proceed with the model making and rubber mold making.
Step 4: Go to the normal production process when the rubber mold is ready.
For developing the new jewelry items, the mold cost (CAD design + model making + rubber mold making) at about USD45.00 to USD85.00 will be charged, but we will not charge for it or we will refund it to you when the quantity ordered reach to a certain amount. (if you ordered the developing item at or more than 100 units at one time, we will not charge for the mold cost; or when the quantity ordered for the developing item has been add up to 150 - 250 units, we will refund you the mold cost).
