Product Production Process:
Design obstacles: First, various types and shapes of obstacles need to be designed, including climbing walls, crawling, sliding, etc. These obstacles need to consider safety and entertainment.
Material fabrication: The most commonly used material for making obstacles is PVC, which is lightweight, easy to inflate, and very durable. Other accessories such as electric fans and cylinders also need to be purchased.
Material processing: Cut, sew, and process the PVC material according to the size and shape designed to produce the required obstacles.
Inflate: Use an electric fan to inflate PVC obstacles to the desired hardness and volume. It usually takes several minutes or hours to inflate, depending on the size and shape of the obstacle.
Installation and adjustment: Install the inflatable obstacle in the designated area and perform detailed inspection and adjustment to ensure its safety and stability. It is also necessary to consider the protection of participants, such as laying foam pads around the obstacles.
Disassembly and cleaning: After the activity is over, it is necessary to disassemble and clean the inflatable obstacles and maintain them. This can extend the service life of the obstacles and ensure the safety and smooth progress of the next activity.
Hot air welding: After the PVC materials are joined, high-temperature welding is performed at the joint using a heater to fuse the two materials together.
Contour cutting: According to the required shape and size, use a machine or manually cut and carve the PVC material to produce the required obstacle shape.
Sewing: The pre-cut PVC material is sewn together, and fine sewing is required for parts such as connection ports and air chambers.
