Creasing matrix
1. Features:
1) The unique processing technology used by us makes our products superior than the other product at pasting and die-cutting times. The PVC based matrix can be used for 50000 times( Grey board; For duplex board 20000-30000 times) , fiber-based about 120000 to 150000 times and paper base about 100000 times. Plastic Paper will be more than150000 times.
2) We use high quality material for the positioning bar with moderate flexibility-easy for operation and accurate position.
3) Imported double-side adhesive tape is easy to be cleaned after die-cut.
4) Linear mouth with good vertical degree.
5) The grooving width deviation will be within ±0.02mm.
6) The thickness deviation will be within ±0.02mm.
7) Parallelism < 0.003
8) Gluing strength >80 NT

3. Selection Method Of Indentation
a. When cutting cardboard the selection method of creasing matrix
1) Calculation method:
C The thickness of the creasing matrix=a cardboard thickness
D The channel width of the creasing matrix=(a cardboard thickness*1.5)+B creasing knife thickness
b. when cutting corrugated board the selection method of creasing matrix
2) Calculation method:
C The thickness of the creasing matrix=b corrugated board pressed thickness
D The channel width of the creasing matrix=(b corrugated board pressed thickness*2)+B creasing knife thickness
4. Cardboard choosable contrast table
a. Cardboard Paper choose table (die-cutting blade height 23.77mm )
Note: The above specification is only recommendation. ▄▄▄ is first choice.
For example: cardboard thickness is 0.52mm, creasing line thickness is 0.71mm, the calculation method is A=0.52mm, B=0.52*1.5+0.71=1.49≈1.5mm, so we should choose the size of 0.5*1.5
