5.Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturing company. Our factory is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, 150 kilometers from Shanghai, we always welcome to visit us.
6.Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
7.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, the samples will be shipped within 7 days after receiving the deposit, bulk order production is usually 15-30 days.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
