Q1: What is the quality of the wheels?
A: All our products comply with JWL/VIA standard and pass bending fatigue test, impact test, radial load, rolling fatigue test.
Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB or CIF.
Q3: How long is the delivery time?
A: Except for the logistics shipping time, the delivery time for customized products varies from 15-35 days, depending on the shape and coating process of the product and your order quantity.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: After confirming the style wheel, generally T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5: What information should I provide to make a quote?
A: Usually we need to know your car model and wheel diameter, width, PCD, CB, ET to get a quote.
Q6:What's your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 40pcs/size/fitment. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
Q7: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer logo and design packaging.
Q8:How you guarantee the effect/appearance for the rim is that one I want ?
A:We have a professional design team, before we produce the rims ,will draw 3D design drawing according to your requirements and your car data.After you have confirmed the effect and data will begain our production.
