Fork mould plastic materials typically include PP PS and biodegradable polymers. The selection of mold steel materials varies due to the various plastic materials. The steel material of the knife, fork, and spoon mold is usually chosen from quenching materials such as H13, S136, 2344, and 2316. Because fork items are fast-moving consumer goods, the mold is often built with numerous chambers and a square or circular form. If the mold is square in shape, a semi-hot runner can be employed and the mold can be inserted. Fork mold processing technique covers high-speed milling, high-speed precision engraving, and so on.
