To ensure exact tracking and improve steel belt service life,the belts can be provided with True-tracking decides,either in the form of bonded rubber V-ropes on the back of belt or,if rubber can't be used,The timing driving method between pin on the pulley and the holes on the steel belt is available,such as in low and high temperature condition.The holes on the steel belt may be circular shaped or long waist-shaped.Thus the belt will run in synchronous with the pulley. Riveting Metal Chains on back of the steel belts is also available,and they move synchronously with the toothed pulley.These three methods can prevent the steel belt from deviation.
(1)V-rope Tracking
One piece of V-rope is often bonded in the middle of narrow steel belt. Two piece of V-ropes are bonded on the steel belt every edge area,thus the steel belt will run according to the V-rope tracking.

The 1700AS belt is made of austenitic stainless steel strips which are leveled and straighted to optimal flatness and straightness. then be welded precisely and PTFE coated .It becomes one of the most important components for laminated tube making, such as ABL tube and PBL tube. Thus it can be widely used for toothpaste packing, medicine packing, cosmetics packing ,food packing.
