Application and performance characteristics of machine tools
1.1. The product is a carriage moving surface grinder, which mainly uses the periphery of the grinding wheel to grind the plane of the workpiece and the end face of the grinding wheel to grind the vertical surface of the workpiece.
1.2. Machine tool structure
The machine adopts the layout of moving carriage, which is composed of bed, column, carriage, grinding head and worktable. Double V-shaped guide rail is used for bed and carriage, and one flat and one V-shaped guide rail is used for carriage and worktable. The carriage moves horizontally along the bed, the table moves longitudinally along the guide rail on the carriage, and the guide rail of the workbench is pasted with PTFE guide belt. The column is steel inlaid rectangular guide rail, the guide rail has six contact surfaces, good wear resistance, rigidity and motion sensitivity.
1.3. Grinding head
The main drive of grinding head adopts AC motor to drive the grinding wheel spindle to rotate. The grinding head spindle axis is parallel and fixed along the Y axis direction.
1.4. Table longitudinal movement
The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure. The directional valve for Taiwan grinder is used to control the single rod bidirectional hydraulic cylinder with stepless speed control, which can promote the left and right movement of the worktable. The movement is stable, and the slow speed of 3M is not crawling, which is convenient for tool setting operation.
1.5. Lateral movement of carriage
The ball screw driven by AC motor is used for the transverse movement of the carriage to realize the functions of transverse continuous, intermittent feed, micro feed (special configuration) and stepless speed regulation. The hand wheel is used to realize the tool setting function and micro feed function, which is convenient for groove grinding.
1.6. Vertical movement of grinding head
The vertical movement of grinding head adopts AC motor to drive Taiwan precision T-type lead screw to realize micro feed (special configuration) and stepless speed regulation, and uses hand wheel to realize tool setting function and micro feed function.
