Qualified vacuum method casting equipment is also called sand cast molding machine, vacuum seal casting molding equipments line, vacuum process molding and so on. It is a kind of dry sand casting molding machine which adopts no adhesive and based on the pressure produced by the vacuum pump, the pressure compacts dry sand to the needed shape. Filled dry sand(without adhesive, no mixing) in the flask, both sides of flask are covered with plastic film, and evacuated air inside, under a certain vacuum condition sand will lose relative motion, and then forming a mold.
