A1: We can provide samples, but you need to pay the cost and freight.
Q2: Can you make my designs?
A2: Yes, customer design, especially OEM/ODM, is welcomed.

Q3: Do you have some special policies for Brand company?
A3: Yes, we have some special support for company who has own brand and also in our VIP list.
Q4: Do you have stock? When can I get it if I pay?
A4: For stock items, we can send out within 48 hours.
For items not available, we need about 10-20 working days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.
Q5: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order?
A5: MOQ is different depending on the product. The product is different and the MOQ is different.
Q6: Why your price on website is not same as real price?
A6: The price on the website is only a rough quotation.Many factors such as quantity, material cost and exchange rate will affect the price, so the real price will be subject to our final confirmation
