If there is any damage in the transportation process, we will compensate for the damaged products according to the actual situation, and improve the packaging according to the reason of damage to avoid to happen this situation again. If the product is damaged during in use process, we will compensate all the damaged products and accessories for non-human damage. | |
Q1: How to test your quality?
A1: We can do online video inspection first, and we will do any test as your requests. Also we can accept sample order, you can feel the real product quality by sample order. If you have time to visit our facotory, will be welcome for your coming too. We can do anything as your request to test our product quality.
Q2: Can you send products to my country?
A2: Yes, we can do DDP trade term, if you have your own forwarder in China that will be much better.
Q3: Can you do OEM for me?
A3: We accept all OEM orders and do customized carton logos, or add logos on bed. Also we have our professional R&D team, we always develop new products to meet market requirements very well.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A4: In normal conditions, production can be finished within 25 days, if your order is urgent pls let us know in advance, we will coordinate the production time with factory and reduce the production time of bulk order.
