Indicator Tape
1. For reliable indication of exposure to STEAM ,FORM,EO,GAS and PLASMA chemically-treated lines change when subjected to sterilization proceed.
2. Adheres well to paper,cloth,plastic,to creat secure packaging
3. Easily removed and leaves no gummy residue.
4. Be made according to ISO11607,EN868,CE, can indicate the sterilization proceed but not the effect.
5. It mainly applies to indicate whether various pressure steam sterilizer for fixing the pack and indicating whether the pack(container) has been sterilized.
Intercept proper length tape, paste it to the surface of pending sterilized package and then sterilize, in the 120 discharge steam pressure sterilizer for 20 minutes, and 3.5 minutes in 134 pre vacuum pressure sterilizer.
After sterilization, pick out the package and observe the change of tape.
If the color changes from light yellow to grey/black,indicate that the sterilization process meets the requirements.
Note: Don't put pressure steam sterilization indicator tape to easy formation of condensation water of metal, glass and other hard surface in direct contact, to prevent condensation water soaking, the chemical indicator tape thermal chemical dyes lose accuracy.
