Q2: How to clean the water dispenser?
When cleaning the water dispenser, follow the following steps: Disconnect the power supply and drain the water from the water tank.
Wipe the outside of the water dispenser with a gentle cleaner and a soft cloth.
For the tank, it can be cleaned with food grade disinfectant and then thoroughly washed with water.

Minor noise is normal during heating because the heating element is working.
