APPLICATION
1.2344ESR/H13/4Cr5MoSiV1/8407/SKD61 is used to manufacture forging dies, hot extrusion dies, and precision forging dies with high impact loads; Aluminum, copper and their alloy die-casting molds.

Die casting molds, such as die cores, inserts, thimbles, and sleeves
Extrusion molds, such as mold cores, mold pads, and liners
Hot pressing mold for aluminum,copper,magnesium
Plastic mold,such as auto lamp mould
Cold punching, trimming, hot shearing, tightening rings, and wear-resistant components
CHARACTERISTICS
Electroslag remelting steel, which has high hardenability and resistance to hot cracking, contains a high content of carbon and vanadium, has good wear resistance, relatively weakened toughness, and good heat resistance. It has good strength and hardness at higher temperatures, high wear resistance toughness, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, and high tempering stability.
