1. How to order the doors&windows?
According to your architecture and decoration style,we can suggest different material and design for your choice.Or you can send your BOQ or drawing, we will give quotation with introduction within 24 hours.
2. Can customer order different models and colors in one order?
Yes , the order can mix colors and models which as your request.Size is customized.
3. Can customer have the sample before order ? What 's the sample policy?
Sure .We are pleased to provide customized sample,sample cost is needed,and the cost will be returned when order place.
4. How to make sure the quality? Can customer do inspection?
We have quality controller(QC) to follow all key process and check after production finished.Before loading,we can take pictures and vedio to share with you.If you have agent or office in China,welcome to our company for inspection.They can check and measure all details.Also third party inspection like SGS,COC are acceptable.
5.Can you help with shipping?
Yes,EX-factory,FOB,CIF,door to door delivery terms are all available.If you have your own shipping agent,we can help to deliver the doors to the warehouse or load container in factory directly.
