Synopsis of the Equipment
This equipment is for measuring the calories of Air-con. It also measures various kinds of data including pressure and electric properties of the Air-con. And it consists of indoor laboratory (1 room), outdoor laboratory (1 room), air handling unit, refrigerating machine, airflow meter, power panel, computer system and so on.
The laboratory is used for performance test of air purifier. It has two test chamber, including temperature and humidity tester, ozone tester, VOC tester, particle spectrometer, smoke generator, formaldehyde, toluene, generator, background loop control system, testing exhaust air duct, FM pressure power supply, computer test, test bench and so on. It establishes a feasible test method for product development and quality management of air purifier.
One of the test chambers which is welded by mirror stainless steel plate, can be used to test the concentration of ozone, with a very stable characteristics. Through the wind regulation appropriately, it can let the half-life of ozone reached 31 ± 2 minutes of the test requirements and test the CADR, removal rate. Temperature, humidity, air tightness and other conditions that can be provided to ensure the accuracy of the test.
Another test chamber is made of 5mm float plate glass mosaic and (floor is made of stainless steel plate). It is used for special air purifier solid particles CADR performance test. It can be used for ozone concentration test of air purifier for 48 hours pre run test box, with very solid characteristics. And it can meet the test requirement standard through regulation of background circulation, concentration control system. At the same time, it can detect the temperature, humidity, air tightness and other conditions provided, to ensure the testing accuracy.
