On grid system:
On grid system means that the electricity generated by the solar panels is converted from direct current to alternating current through the inverter, and the generated electricity is sold to the power grid company. There are usually have two modes: 1. Self-use, surplus electricity is sold to the power grid company; 2. All electricity is sold to the power grid company.
Off grid system:
Off-grid generation means that the electricity generated by the solar panels is stored in a battery, not connected to the grid, and the home is powered by the electricity stored in the battery.
Hybrid system:
The off grid have the third option, we called on and off grid hybrid system (off grid 2) at the input side, have solar panel, battery, grid power, the first choice use solar panel , if the solar panel directly power not enough will use battery power, then if battery power not enough , will use grid power, that's the best selling item for islands or some places short of grid power

1 Can I arrange personnel to stay in the factory or inspect the goods before shipment, and then pay the final payment after passing the inspection?
Yes, our customers often to use BV, SGS and other third-party companies to carry out on-site testing and inspection services. Our company will fully cooperate with the third-party company, We hope to form a long-term and stable cooperative relationship in the case of customer recognition. Besides, for the value of goods exceeding two containers, we will bear the inspection cost of the third-party company. For some countries that need CQC certification, we will also cooperate to provide.
2 If the solar panels have problems after 10 years, how can I apply for compensation?
First of all, we will provide warranty and flash test report with product barcode when we ship out, the picture is as below:
3 Can you provide PV system design and package sale service of the whole system? Can you provide installation guidance and door-to-door installation service?
Yes, we have professional engineers for preliminary design on grid,off grid and hybrid systems, but the largest system, we have designed overseas is 1.27MW. If there is a larger system, we suggest that the customer can seek the design of the local power company, and we will provide quotations according to the material list, and we will provide transportation service to the port. For the system design, we will provide the data collection form for the customer to fill in, including land information, grid voltage, etc. During the quotation process, we will also provide the bracket drawings for the customer's reference. For the installation part, our company can provide remote and online guidance service. At present there is no door-to-door installation service.
4 Can you provide DDP price? Can we make a lower invoice to reduce the import tariff?
Yes, we can. But in fact, DDP is not cost-effective, because the seller does not much know the destination country's land freight and the tax policy, and can only charge the customer in accordance with the principle of the highest. It is recommended to take the CIP terms. Buyers can find an experienced agent in their own country to help declare tax at the cheapest price, there will be many such agents in port cities. As for the requirement of low invoice, we can cooperate to do it, but buyers need to consider the risk.
