The stone removing machine is a device that uses air as a medium and uses a specific gravity separation method to separate some heavy impurities such as stones.

with mechanical squeeze method, the spiral oil press produced by our company is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, soybean, cottonseed, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, et. The product has characteristics of small investment, high capacity, wide compatibility and high efficiency. The product conforms to the "Technology Standard of Agricultural Spiral Oil Press" under JB/T9793·1-1999 of the People's Republic of China.

Rotatory extractor
1. Loading capacity is 80%~85% of the extractor volume
2. Oil cake or flaking material temperature is 50~55ºC
3. solvent temperature is 50~55ºC
4. Spraying method: the method of using large spray is better, the liquid level of the spray section is preferably 30~50mm higher than the material surface, and when spray solvent should not overflow into the dry section.
5. Extractor operating cycle is 90~120min Depend on the processing amount, there are Towline extractor and loop extractor for choose.
