Product Description
Curing after compression molding is an essential and necessary procedure in the manufacturing process of motor commutators. The performance of curing equipment directly affects the quality of the commutator.
Our HX Series Commutator Curing Oven adopts advanced technologies such as large air volume blast circulation, built-in air ducts and new double air supply circulation. It is featured by fast heating speed, good thermal insulation performance and good temperature uniformity in the working chamber, and ensures consistent performance and no color difference after curing of the commutator.
The standard configuration of this series includes the floor-standing material cart, the intelligent temperature controller, and the solid-state relay for power regulation. Optional accessories include printers, temperature recorders, computer distributed control systems(DCS).
