Selection Guide of chisel
1. Flat / Wedge chisel: suitable for soft and neutral layer rocks excavation, concrete breaking, and excavation of ditches.
2. Moil point chisel: suitable for hard stone, extra hard rock, and reinforced concrete excavation and broken.

   The finished workpiece is processed by lathe, milling machine and planer.

   The workpiece is heated to a temperature above the critical temperature Ac1(hypereutectoid steel), and the temperature is held for a period of time, at which time the small amount of saponification liquid carried on the surface of the workpiece will all evaporate to produce quenching exhaust gas (measured by non-methane total hydrocarbons), and then the workpiece is cooled in water to make it fully or partially austenitic.
   The quenched workpiece is reheated to the appropriate temperature below the lower critical temperature Ac1(the beginning temperature of the transition of pearlite to austenite when heated), and then cooled to room temperature naturally after holding for a period of time.

   The cooled workpiece enters the shot blasting machine for surface treatment. After the treatment is completed, the workpiece enters the spray painting room for surface coating and dries in the spray painting room.

After spraying and drying, the product is packaged and sold.
